run command prompt as Admin...
type "diskpart"
type "list disk"
now select your device by command "select disk <disk number here>" e.g. select disk 2
type "clean"
create a new partition by command "create partition primary"
now select your partition "select partition 1"
type "active"
type "assign"
now a format dialog box will open in taskbar, select it and format as fat32
type exit
go to your dvd drive letter say g: by "cd g:"
type "cd boot"
type "bootsect.exe /nt60 <usb drive letter here>" e.g "bootsect.exe /nt60 h:"
copy all ur windows file to usb drive
thats it
